What is Blacksire Scholarship Program?
Education is a powerful catalyst for change and personal growth. That's why we are thrilled to announce the launch of Blacksire Scholarship Program, an initiative dedicated to empowering deserving students and highlighting the paramount importance of education. The Blacksire Scholarship Program is an education fund aimed to reward potential young minds with scholarships and benefits, comprising of tuition fee coverage, mentoring and internship opportunities!
What is our objective?
To develop potential young leaders by providing financial support and educational opportunities for young Malaysians through sustainable programs while serving as a talent supply chain for developing young leaders. By offering this opportunity, we aim to remove financial barriers and create a level playing field, ensuring that bright and deserving minds have access to quality education.
Am I Eligible?
You are eligible for this scholarship program if you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree majoring in preferably:
- Computer Sciences
- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
- INFORMATION SYSTEMS
- SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
And hold at least 8A's in your Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Examinations OR hold a minimum CGPA of 3.2 in STPM/Foundation year. Additionally, you must currently NOT be a recipient of any scholarship, loan or financial aid from any other organizations (excluding PTPTN recipients).
What is the application process like?

Interested applicants may download and email the completed application form with all relevant documents to [email protected]

All applications will be screened to ensure fulfillment of the basic eligibility criteria.

Shortlisted applicants will then be informed and meet with a panel of interviewers.

Successful applicants will be notified via email or phone of the outcome of the interview.

Successful applicants will finally be invited to attend the scholarship award ceremony.
Are there any other terms & conditions
I should know before applying?
Yes! Before applying, you should also:
- Be a Malaysian citizen
- Be in good physical health
- Not currently be a recipient of any scholarship, loan or financial aid from any other organizations (excluding PTPTN recipients)
- Understand that you will have to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent per academic year during this Scholarship Program.
